How to read the list

Each row is one piece of hidden information stored in the file. Rows with a tinted background are the ones that point to a place, a device, a person or the way an image was made: GPS coordinates, camera make and model, serial numbers, author and copyright fields, software names, and AI records such as generation parameters, ComfyUI workflows and C2PA Content Credentials.

Plain technical entries such as image size and colour profile are left out, because they say nothing about you. If the list is empty, the file carries none of the above, which is what a cleaned file looks like.

To learn what these fields mean, read what is EXIF data and AI image metadata and C2PA. To remove them, use the image metadata remover.
